| Celia Nightingale has been a business advisor for over 15 years, working with literally hundreds of business owners and managers toward building their management knowledge, strengthening their skills, solving problems, and growing their businesses. She has expertise in all major management areas, including planning, financing, marketing, accounting, human resources, operations, regulation and taxes. The experience she's gained through working with previous clients, augmented by what she's learned through her education and professional development training, give her a substantial foundation from which to provide in-depth, targeted assistance. Additionally, she has developed a broad network of experts to tap as warranted. All advising is no-cost and confidential. With 20+ years of business management experience, Celia’s prior work experience includes commercial lending, human resource management, accounting, and entrepreneurship. During her off hours she assists her husband in running his small consulting firm. Celia received the "Washington Star Performer" award in 2008/2009. She has an M.B.A. from the University of Washington (Seattle), with additional in-depth training in many areas. |
