| Jim has serve the SBDC in Wenatchee for over seven years assisting businesses to obtain $10.8 Million in capital financing to, start or expand their business and address market place challenges. Typical projects included financial analysis for business health and sustainability, evaluating cost and pricing structure, resolving issues with computerized accounting systems, market research for new products, and managing information as a resource to improve customer retention and sales. Mr. Fletcher's experience included establishing a regional tourism economy centered on $65 million in visitor facilities developed to serve the Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument. Additionally, Mr. Fletcher worked with industrial, commercial and private developers to obtain review and approval of environmental construction permits. Areas of Specialization: Development and implementation of business strategy, activity based cost management, E-commerce business architecture, and new product market research. Financial feasibility analysis for making informed business decisions, Project management for planning, construction and environmental permitting. |
