| Jim has serve the SBDC in Wenatchee for over nine years assisting businesses to obtain $13 Million in capital financing and supported 31 clients in starting their business. Typical client requests involve expanding their business and address marketplace challenges, financial analysis for business health and sustainability, evaluating cost and pricing structure, resolving issues with computerized accounting systems, market research for new products, and managing information as a resource to improve customer retention and sales. Areas of Specialization: Development and implementation of business strategy, activity based cost management, E-commerce business architecture, and new product market research. Financial feasibility analysis for making informed business decisions, project management for planning, construction and environmental permitting. |
