| 2010 is a pivotal year for business owners. Zev is the SBDC Business Development Specialist for Tukwila, SeaTac, Burien, Des Moines, Normandy Park, and Federal Way as well as several areas of unincorporated Southwest King County. He provides confidential consulting to medium and small-size business clients . . . like yours. Zev has been directly involved in a wide range of small business for more than twenty years; manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, multi-unit retailers and professional service providers. He served as turn-around leader for two small manufacturers, founded two medium-size gourmet coffee roasting companies and served as a marketing consultant to well-known corporations in the Puget Sound region. His experience is a benefit to the clients he serves. Zev works with clients on loan application packages, forecasting, all aspects of debt and equity funding, written business plans, business turn-arounds, market positioning for small companies, developing new groups of customers, managing production costs, site selection for retailers, expansion from a single location to multiple units, planning for trade shows and other topics. The Small Business Development Center at Highline Community College is funded by the City of Federal Way and also by The Southwest King County Economic Development Initiative (SKCEDI), which is an innovative economic development partnership of SeaTac, Tukwila, Burien, Des Moines and Normandy Park, plus the Port of Seattle, King County and Highline Community College. |
