Before requesting assistance, please review the Washington SBDC client criteria:
- Business resides in Washington.
- Business is for profit.
- Meets SBA size criteria for small business (generally under 500 employees).
- Legal product or service per federal law (i.e. cannabis businesses are not eligible).
- The SBDC does not provide grants, loans, or other funding for new or existing businesses.
- SBDC services are provided only to individuals lawfully within the United States.
Please note: Washington SBDC advising services are available by appointment only. We do not accept walk-in visits. Business advisors are available Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and may be meeting with clients, conducting training, or working off-site during those hours.
